Founder Mark Simeral grew his name working through complex logistics, project management and all phases of construction. His unmatched commercial and residential carpentry experience perfectly complemented Becky Simeral’s advanced design sense and capability.

They secured a property in Lancaster on Landis Valley Road and together concepted a custom home for their family, culling the highest quality materials, practical, aspirational features and superior methods to shape their vision. Building on evenings and weekends, Mark meticulously crafted a diminutive home, refined by Williamsburg tradition and style. It became an inspiring example of custom residential construction, far above those typical for the region.

The response among their neighbors became the stimulus for Simeral Construction which launched in 1987 to create forever homes for appreciative clients in the premier neighborhoods in and around Lancaster County. Each new custom project, outfitted with their own custom cabinetry and millwork, reinforced the signature Simeral perspective.

Their unmatched job site supervision, communication and workmanship, delivering projects on time and on budget, required a team to work at the heightened level of the Simeral expectations. 

Thoughtfully improving the areas where they wanted to live and work, the Simerals were again inspired to create a new community. The Farm on Quarry Road was established in the early 2000s to extend their exceptional vision with forever homes.
