“Their strengths are project management and the quality of their work. I can’t emphasize enough about the importance of having a clean job site at the end of the day. They’re reliable, flexible, calm and very professional.”

“We’re looking for a higher level of quality and finishes. We’re looking for better technical skills and carpentry skills that oftentimes we don’t get from most other builders. Simeral self performs work with very good tradesmen.”

“The quality was fantastic, but more important even is the upfront communication, the preparation for the project, the timetable, and sticking to it. The project was right on point, and that just made things go easy and smoothly.”

“Everything from beginning to end was explained clearly and went according to plan. We knew there were going to be bumps in the road, we knew there were going to be challenges, but Andy was thorough, open, honest and transparent with how the process was going to go, what the likely timetable would be. So when we ran into those bumps, we were prepared for them. Nothing was a surprise.”

“Simeral skillfully guided us through a very large renovation project. They represent an extraordinary blend of competence and genuineness rarely found in the industry. They uniformly were fair and “did the right thing” for us throughout the process. They are organized, responsive and dedicated.”

“We are so grateful to the Simeral team for listening to our hopes and ideas and turning them into truly extraordinary spaces! We had been building a vision board for years and they brought each idea to life with beautiful custom cabinetry and thoughtful details. We love showing friends and family all the “nooks and crannies” you’ve created for us! We feel so fortunate to have worked with such a talented and dedicated team and look forward to enjoying our home for many years to come!”

“I want to thank you for the beautiful job Simeral did on our home project. Home remodeling projects can be very disruptive, but your people made the project go smoothly. We found your team to be very accommodating. We’ve received many compliments on the project, and are enjoying it ourselves. We would not hesitate to recommend Simeral due to the quality of your work.”

“I wanted to thank you for building such a beautiful home. I recently hosted a gathering, and everyone was thoroughly impressed with the craftsmanship and warmth that my home had to offer. I am sure that it will continue to stand the test of time and provide the same for many years to come.”

“Simeral’s attention to detail and policy on full disclosure provided a comfort level that exceeded my expectations. Throughout the construction process, the team effectively managed the project and produced an end product that is praise-worthy.”

“It would be hard to believe you have another employee as good as Mike. What a super guy. He did all the jobs with no problem.”
